Alpacas of York is located on 21 acres in York County, PA. Our goal is to remain small so we can concentrate on the breeding and raising of quality alpacas with regard to conformation, fleece and health. We sell Alpaca hats, socks, dryer balls and boot inserts.

Bald Eagle Alpacas
Julian, PA
We are a small alpaca ranch located outside of Milesburg, Centre County, PA. Currently our farm is home to a herd of 29 Huacaya alpacas. They produce luxurious and soft yarn that is a delight to work with. Our yarn is available in beautifully dyed colors or in natural shades. We also offer some alpaca yarns that are blended with bamboo, merino, silk or tencel fibers. Alpaca yarn is a great gift idea for the knitters on your list or just a special treat for yourself!

Distelfink Fiber is located just outside of Carlisle in Cumberland County. We partner with Mulberry Hill Farm to produce high-quality Romney/Border Leicester yarn for our Farm Raised line. Melanated Boho Bae (Amanda) can be found spending time between the bustling streets of NYC and beautiful farm fields in the Catskills. I am also a Spinolution dealer, Knit Collage Brand Ambassador and creator of fun fiber blends. In addition to batts and roving, I spin custom art yarns focusing on texture and color.

Mulberry Hill Farm Yarn and Wool Shop is located in Cumberland County. We specialize is hand-dyed wool fabric for rug hooking and wool applique. We carry Storyteller Wool Rug Yarn for Oxford Punchneedle, embroidery needlepunch supplies/patterns and backing fabrics.

Renninger Wool Co.
Centre County, PA
We produce limited edition, small batch yarn from our flock of natural colored Merino, Romney & crossbred sheep. We also offer roving and washed & carded wool for needle felting and other crafts. We recently moved with our flock from southeastern PA to Warrior’s Mark, PA. We are looking forward to connecting with our local fiber community.

Tamarack Farm is located in Centre County and is home to Icelandic, Merino and Tunis sheep. We have millspun yarn in each of our breeds featuring rustic hand-dyed colors perfect for all your warm, fall projects. In addition, we typically have pelts for sale ranging in color from soft grey to caramel browns.
